What is a Sound Bath?
Welcome!
My name is Sheila, and I am a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Meditation Coach.
My specialty is hosting group or private sound bath meditations.
A Sound Bath is a full-on relaxion session for people who are interested in releasing stress, letting go of worry and tapping into higher states of consciousness. I play my 7-crystal quartz singing bowls, which are tuned to the frequency of your 7 chakras/energy points in your body. The energy, frequency and vibrations of my crystal quartz singing bowls will help release stagnant energy that you subconsciously may be holding on to.
I work with small intimate gatherings and large ceremonial settings. I can help you host your women's circle, private event, festival or party. I am flexible and open to most ideas! I will travel to you, and we can talk about all the possibilities in more detail when you call or email me.
I am based out of the Seattle area. Can travel to surrounding areas in Washington state.

My sound bath meditations are so relaxing. My sound baths begin with intention setting, a sage cleaning, guided meditation and then we ease into the sound of my 7-crystal quartz singing bowls. I can come to you, or you can join my sacred space. I am open to 1:1, women's circles, ceremonies, corporate groups, parties of private events. Will travel for work.
Mindfulness Meditation
Meditation has changed my life, and I am here to spread awareness on the profound effects of connecting to your breath and allowing your busy mind to unplug. I would love to help you establish a meditation routine of your own. I can guide you along as I help you reach higher states of consciousness and develop a relationship with your higher self.
